The Seed Market

Can you find another market like this?
with your one rose
you can buy hundreds of rose gardens?
for one seed
get a whole wilderness?
For one weak breath,
a divine wind?
You’ve been fearful
of being absorbed in the ground,
or drawn up by the air.
Now, your waterbead lets go
and drops into the ocean,
where it came from.
It no longer has the form it had,
but it’s still water
The essence is the same.
This giving up is not a repenting.
It’s a deep honoring of yourself.
When the ocean comes to you as a lover,
marry at once, quickly,
for God’s sake!
Don’t postpone it!
Existence has no better gift.
No amount of searching
will find this.
A perfect falcon, for no reason
has landed on your shoulder,
and become yours.

I love it when that happens. Because it does. Every time. Never underestimate the power of your mind. What you think truly is so.

When we accept that we have more than enough time to fulfill our ultimate purpose, we live in a time abundant state. We let go of our pre-conceived idea of how things should be. Things are just as they are. We get to decide how we’re going to interact with the state we find ourselves in.

Would you rather have the feeling that things are never enough or turn everything around and trust that Universal power that is just itching to give you strength, love and immeasurable joy?

If there is one thing I have learned, it is that attitude is everything. It doesn’t matter whether you drive a Mercedes or a Mazda, eat caviar or catfish. What goes on inside has a lot to do with what happens on the outside.

Give it a try. Release. Then see what happens next. I bet you anything you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the result of your courage to finally let abundance rain in.

Indian Goddess Lakshmi

Have It All

“Go inwards. Find your inner space, and suddenly, you will find an explosion of light, of beauty, of ecstasy – as if suddenly thousands of roses have blossomed within you and you are full of their fragrance.”

Sir Lawrence Alma-Tadema, Spring (detail), 1894

Believing that we can’t have it all is a result of limited thinking that keeps us trapped in the belief that there isn’t enough of everything to go around, and that we can’t live the lives of our dreams.

Manifesting abundance is not about willing it into being by the force of our desire, but rather allowing it to come into our lives by learning to let go of our self-imposed limitations. Breaking free from these beliefs and limitations, lets us see that sometimes we really can have our cake and eat it too… The state of abundance is a spiritual dilemma we can resolve by ourselves.
