By tapping into traditions of meditation and mindfulness, we can dwell in the present moment and let go of painful thoughts and memories that keep us from achieving happiness and self-realization.
But in the parallel world, we just keep walking in our every day reality. Having new experience and insights during the therapy, we re-create ourselves through our projects.
