My Rules: Keep Walking

“Follow effective action with quiet reflection. From the quiet reflection will come even more effective action.”

As we advance in the therapeutic process, we increase our self-awareness gradually. Seeing identity as a layer of the consciousness, helps us in observing ourselves and the world around us. By tapping into traditions of meditation and mindfulness, we can dwell in the present moment and let go of painful thoughts and memories that keep us from achieving happiness and self-realization.

But in the parallel world, we just keep walking in our every day reality. Having new experience and insights during the therapy, we re-create ourselves through our projects. Being active and courageous in our goal pursuits is the way to advance and become more vibrant. We feel more deeply connected to our true self…

Every reflection is followed by certain activities, just as every dynamic by a state of inner peace.

And this is the Rule:
Keep Walking!
